High school was tough, and I was tired of feeling out of place, so I took control—I started training, pushing my body to its limits. At first, I thought losing weight would fix everything, but I quickly realised that physical change alone wasn’t enough.

    Training was just the doorway—it instilled discipline, resilience, and the power of consistency. These same lessons carried over into At 15, I was overweight, insecure, and stuck in a body that didn’t reflect who I wanted to be.
